UNBELIEVABLE: Two men agree to marry one woman and share her

KENYA Two Kenyan men have signed an agreement to “marry” the same woman, reports say.
The woman had been having affairs with both men for more than four years and apparently refused to choose between them.
The agreement sets out a rota for Sylvester Mwendwa and Elijah Kimani to stay in her house and states they will both help raise any children she bears.
Lawyers said their “marriage” would be legally recognised if they could prove polyandry was part of their custom.
Mr Mwendwa and Mr Kimani drafted the agreement after realising they had both been having an affair with the woman in Mombasa County for more than four years, the local Daily Nation newspaper reports.
Community policing officer Adhalah Abdulrahman persuaded the two men to marry the woman after he saw them fighting over her, it reports.
“We have agreed that from today we will not threaten or have jealous feelings because of our wife, who says she’s not ready to let go of any of us,” the agreement says, Kenya’s NTV station reports.
“Each one will respect the day set aside for him. We agree to love each other and live peacefully. No-one has forced us to make this agreement,” it adds.
Mr Mwenda said her parents had given their blessing, while he is planning to pay the bride price.
The woman, a widow with two children, did not want to be named.
Kenyan family lawyer Judy Thongori told the Daily Nation that the law does not explicitly forbid polyandry – a woman having more than one husband.
“The laws we have do not talk about it but for such a union to be recognised in Kenya, it has to be either under the statutory law or as customary marriage. The question we should ask now is whether these people come from communities that have been practising polyandry,” she is quoted as saying.
Polygamous marriages often take place in Kenya, but wife-sharing is unheard of

COZA Scandal: From Ese to Franca, Another survivor speaks

MORE WORMS CREEPING OUT OF THE WOOD As another victim comes forward with claim of Picture Evidence…
Ese Walters
This Ese Walters story is true. I was introduced to the church in Abuja by my childhood friend, who moved to Abuja from Calabar two years before I did. When I joined, she was also a PCU worker. I really felt welcome in the church up until my friend started having problems with other women. She told me it was because Pastor Biodun trusted her with so many official things even above workers that were there before her. I believed her until the day she had an misunderstanding with another worker who called her ‘Ashewo Mary Magdalene’ in the church. After that, her
enthusiasm for church started waning while mine was getting stronger till the day she told me she was leaving the church and shortly after she left. By that time, Pastor Biodun had developed an interest in counseling me and then started telling me to take my friends place as a PCU worker. I was reluctant because I didnt feel like coming to church early and leaving late but Pastor biodun assured me that his personal driver will pick me and drop me off and so I agreed. I started work as arranged but after a while, I noticed that the pastor did not respect personal space when talking to me when we were alone.
He would stand soooooo close and rub my upper arms or my back which made me very uncomfortable. The final straw was when he said I should go with him to Lagos to take notes and transfer same online immediately for some Pentacostal thing he was attending and he knew I was very computer literate. I was excited till we reached Lagos and I realized that only one room was booked at the Wheatbaker Hotel, Ikoyi. Of course I complaint and the Pastor called the front desk ( or pretended to) to demand for another room. He said they would call back when the room was ready. He then told me to help massage his back becos he has back ache from sitting on the flight. I said I was tired since it was already after 8. He then insisted I lay down on the bed to rest while waiting. I said I preferred to sit at the desk and he laughed saying that I was acting like a small girl or a village uneducated girl.
He then went in to take a shower. I then called the front desk to remind then about the extra room. I wasn’t surprised when I was told that they had vacant rooms and that nobody had requested for an extra room. By this time, I knew what was up and was ready for the fool. I opened his pouch and saw his wallet which had his lisence. Took a picture of the wallet and the License on the pillow on the bed with my head in the shot. I opened the door and took several pictures of myself, the wallet and the License with the room number. Came back in, once I heard the shower stop, I started audio recording on my BB. He came out with a towel around his waist and started telling me how attracted he was to me.
He said many derogatory things about his wife, calling her a postcard…pretty on the outside but flat and empty upstairs. He said sex with her was like having sex with a cold dead fish…he tried to kiss me and I stood up, picked up my traveling bag, moved to the door, opened it and quickly took a picture of him, standing with a towel around him. He started begging. I called him all sorts of names and insisted he give me money for a separate room or I would scream ‘rape’. To cut a long story short, he asked me to shut the door, I refused, he brought out 2 bundles of N1000 and asked me to delete before he gives me the money.
I told him he was in no position to negotiate. Got the money, left the Randy goat with a deflated erection and checked into another room. First thing the next morning, I left for ABJ. By the way, remember my childhood friend that introduced me to COZA? I narrated my experience to her and she confessed that she was sleeping with Biodun for over a year, even on his marital bed when his wife traveled. Oga Pastor, try and deny my story publicly and see American wonder….I still have the pictures and our conversation on tape. Thank God for technology!!!!!!

BBA winner Dillish: I want to first get a house for my siblings and I

DILLISHNamibia’s Dillish Matthews who won the eighth season of the Big Brother Africa reality show Sunday night has disclosed that her first priority is to buy a house.
The Namibian beauty beat four other finalists – Elikem, Cleo, Melvin and Beverly – to win the US$300,000 prize package in this year’s 91-day reality show.
Dillish disclosed to Myjoyonline.com that it has been her dream to get a house for her siblings and herself so they could live together and winning the money will make that a reality.
“I made it very clear in the beginning that I just want to get a house for me and my siblings to be together. It might sound something simple, something stupid but I never had that family thing so now I can go and do it for my siblings I…,” the pretty Namibian said.
“I told them before they turned 18 we will all be in a house together and look at what happened,” she added.
Being faithful to her boyfriend
The Big Brother Africa reality show has over the years seen several relationships crushing as several housemates have found it very difficult holding on to their partners while in the house.
A clear example is Pokello who dumped her long-time boyfriend, Zimbabwean rapper Desmond “Stunner” Chideme just after her eviction from the show because of Ghana’s Elikem.
Dillish, who was arguably the hottest housemate in the Big Brother (The Chase) competition, managed to fight several temptations just to be loyal to her boyfriend, Stephen Gaeseb in Namibia.
Asked how she managed to stay away from temptations and be faithful to her boyfriend, Dillish explained that she made it clear to her housemates that she was an honest person and she wanted to stay true to her man.
“I made it very clear to housemates that I’m an honest person and I won’t lie, I won’t come to the house and see a bunch of handsome men with six packs and when I’m showering they come in and take off their shirts and be like I don’t see anything,” she said.
“I didn’t make moves because you know, when you just believe that you are in a relationship if you are going to mess up, let it not be me, let the conscience be on him and I can go back saying it wasn’t by fault…what I had in mind is to stay true to myself and if the relationship breaks up, its on him,” Dillish added.
If she was single…
The winner of the Big Brother Africa Chase reality show, however, noted that, if she was single before going into the reality show, she would have tried her love luck on Sierra Leonean Bolt or Nigerian Melvin.
According to her, she “had said that Bolt is very handsome … but the stuffs that come out of his mouth is such a turn off [but] if [it’s] not Bolt, … Maria and Melvin had a little thing going on but he is really handsome, he has a six pack, so if it was not Stephen, it would probably be Bolt or Melvin.
Two attacks by suspected Boko Haram insurgents have killed 24 people in Nigeria’s northeast in the latest violence believed to be in revenge against vigilantes, residents and officials said Tuesday.
A survivor and a hospital source spoke of 18 people killed in the town of Bama on Sunday. A resident and a military source said six people were killed in Damasak on Monday.
The two locations are in Borno state, but are some 200 kilometres (124 miles) apart.
The military has encouraged the formation of vigilante groups to help it track down Boko Haram members as it pursues an offensive in the northeast aiming to end the Islamist extremists’ four-year insurgency.
“They came in military uniform and pretended to be members of the JTF,” survivor Mallam Bakura Module said of the attack in Bama, referring to a security task force.
“They asked after members of the vigilante group … but they opened fire on members of the group as we assembled for an address, killing 14 persons and injuring 10 others.”
An official at the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital said on condition of anonymity that four others had died on Monday night, bringing the death toll to 18.
In Damasak along the border with the neighbouring nation of Niger, relatives said vigilantes were traced there after travelling to the community to sell goods at the local market.
“They were shot in the middle of the night while sleeping in the (guest) house,” said one relative, Mallam Ali Abdullahi.
A military official speaking on condition of anonymity confirmed the attack.
The violence was the latest in a spate of such attacks apparently targeting vigilantes and local residents’ cooperation with them.
Vigilantes have been credited with helping to push the insurgents out, but security analysts have warned that the situation risks spiralling out of control and resulting in further violence in the future.
Last week, insurgents dressed as soldiers opened fire on worshippers leaving a mosque in the far northeastern village of Dumba, killing at least 35 people.
Separately earlier this month on August 10 and 11, suspected Boko Haram members stormed a mosque in Konduga and shot dead 44 worshippers as well as 12 other people in a nearby village in another area of the northeast.
Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan declared a state of emergency in the northeast in May and the military immediately launched a major offensive in the region aiming to end Boko Haram’s insurgency.
The pattern of attacks that has occurred since then indicates the insurgents may have to a large degree scattered into more remote areas of the region.
There appeared to be an initial decline in the number of attacks in the region after the launch of the offensive, but violence has nonetheless continued, including particularly brutal attacks on three schools that left dozens of students dead.
Boko Haram’s insurgency has left more than 3,600 dead since 2009, including killings by the security forces, who have been accused of major abuses.
The group has claimed to be fighting for the creation of an Islamic state in Africa’s most populous nation and largest oil producer, though it is believed to have a number of factions with varying aims.
